Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
